EXPERIENCE

With extensive expertise in Maritime Law, Maritime Labor Law, and Commercial Law, he presided over and organized the Panama Maritime World Conference I and II in 1991 and 1994, respectively. He also served on the Organizing Committee for Conference III in 1996. He played a crucial role in creating Law No. 8 (1982) for Maritime Courts and Rules of Procedure, and Law 43 (1984). His contributions have had a lasting impact on Maritime Law.
